In this stage, I can support you in - providing guidance in communicating with your partner or family during the transition to parenthood - processing trauma surrounding the birth or post birth; managing depression, anxiety, PTSD, suicidal ideation, intrusive thoughts, fear - deciding to formula feed and finding which formulas are right for you and your baby - lactation and breastfeeding challenges and questions, troubleshooting comfortable feeding positions - establishing routines and schedules (with you and your partner) - reviewing meal plans, basic nutrition guidance, and/or organizing a meal train - planning childcare options, returning back to work - creating an ideal environment that gives you agency, rest, support, and less stress
