Hello and welcome!
Born and raised in the heart of San Francisco, the Mission/Excelsior, I am a lover of multicultural foods, music, community, art, diversity, and questionably lucky weather. While I spent the majority of my life in the Bay Area, I am currently located in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. I graduated from San Jose State University with a Master of Social Work, studying Maternal Reproductive Mental Health and Justice and I have served mothers and families professionally for over 6 years.

It is my joy and passion to be able to blend my skills as a doula and social worker to help you thrive holistically after birth.

Having worked extensively with children on the spectrum in the home, doing school-based behavioral support, and working as a case manager supporting homeless and low-income families in postpartum at a family resource center, I approach each family’s needs with sensitivity and understanding, creating an inclusive, empowering environment in order to serve you and your family through a holistic, trauma-informed lens.

I provide inclusive care for all BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ families.
While I first began my journey as a postpartum doula in 2022, I decided to expand my skills and knowledge and trained as a birth doula in 2024 with Birth Companions Community Center in my very own home neighborhood, the Excelsior district of San Francisco. Their emphasis on ancestral medicine and indigenous practices provided me a wider scope of understanding of birth, our bodies, birth trauma, and generational healing that is unexplained or rather ignored by our common western practices. We welcomed sacred space to honor our wombs and its stories, to be served by community, to accept rest. It was a reminder that strength doesn’t always look like pushing through. Sometimes, it looks like surrender, support, and shared wisdom.
It has been one of my greatest honors to hold space, witness, and document the sacred threshold where new life enters, these raw, emotional moments as tiny new humans take their first breath and join us earth-side. To share in the beauty, exhaustion, awe, and transformation of new parents as they step into their new role is beyond compare. It would be a deep honor to accompany you and your partner as you begin your own journey.
